Job Description

Work location: Chennai

Mode of work: Hybrid (3 days office every week)

Shift timing: UK Shift

Must Have Skills:
Core Java and Linux

Good to have skills:
Documentum and SQL

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain new backend services providing high-performance, high-availability APIs to frontend developers and external partners.
  • Conduct unit, functional, integration, and other forms of automated testing.
  • Help us meet aggressive performance and scalability goals, keeping us ahead of dramatic growth in the space.
  • Help us define the user experience so we can continue to delight our users.
  • Maintaining system uptime requires monitoring and observability.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure our system is up without any issues.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals—object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms—are essential.
  • A quality-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to automated testing, metrics collection, monitoring, and continuous improvement in all of your work.
  • Knowledge in Java/J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot will be an added advantage.
  • Experience implementing RESTful services with APIs.
  • The ability to drive features from conception to deployment in an agile team with continuous delivery is essential.
  • Experience working with relational databases.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
  • Experience in solving complex architecture/design & business problems, working to simplify, optimize, remove bottlenecks, etc.

Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA
