Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate should have participated in at least one end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud and possess strong hands-on experience in developing Fast Formulas, reports, and data extracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on implementation and support projects related to Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically OTL and Benefits modules.

  • Develop and customize Fast Formulas for Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) or Absence modules.

  • Design and generate BI Publisher reports for Oracle HCM Cloud to meet business requirements.

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient system configuration.

  • Support data integration and migration activities, including HCM Extracts and HDL (Human Capital Management Data Loader) as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Hands-on expertise in developing Fast Formulas for OTL or Absence modules.

  • Proficiency in creating BI Publisher reports for Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Experience with HCM Extracts or HDL is a strong advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
