As an experienced candidate with 10-15 years of experience in Oracle Manufacturing and shop floor executions, you should have hands-on experience with at least 2-3 Implementation Project executions in EBS Discrete Manufacturing. Your expertise should cover areas such as BOM, WIP, INV, and Quality modules. Additionally, you should possess working knowledge in implementing outside processing, work orders creation, component picking, and work order executions. In this role, you will guide business teams in modeling and converting BOM, Routings, and Resources. It is essential to have a strong integration knowledge of Manufacturing with other SCM modules such as PIM, Planning, procurement, and Order Management. Your responsibilities will include conducting workshops for gathering AS-IS business processes and preparing process narratives. You will interact with business teams, understand requirements, prepare gap/solution documents, and configure solutions to address the requirements. Moreover, you should be capable of preparing design documents for extensions and guiding technical teams in development. Your role will also involve preparing unit/end-to-end test scenarios and setup documents. Strong influencing, interpersonal, and relationship management skills are crucial for this position. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills will be beneficial, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
