Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build distributed, fault-tolerant data platforms using cloud environments (Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, MS Fabric)
  • Develop, test, deploy and schedule complex solutions to integrate multiple data asset across the organization
  • Build infrastructure and tooling to support data platform hosting, DataOps and Data Telemetry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the platform team, including roadmap planning and goal setting
  • Comply with standards and guidelines related to the design, construction, testing and deployment activities as established by departmental and organizational standards
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, AI, or related field
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on coding in Python, Java, or similar languages with a focus on building scalable, maintainable data systems
  • 3+ years of experience building data pipelines using Spark, SQL , Azure Data factory, Databricks, Snowflake
  • 3+ years of experience designing and building enterprise data solutions with hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
  • 2+ years of designing, building Agentic AI/ML solutions
  • 2+ years of implementing DataOps & Data Governance practices
  • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and associated data services
  • Experience with healthcare domain
