Dil Foods is a Bengaluru-based food-tech startup building a portfolio of virtual restaurant brands. We partner with local kitchens to deliver authentic regional cuisines across India. Backed by reputed investors, we are rapidly expanding and are looking for young, dynamic talent to join our team. We are currently hiring Tele-Sales Executives who will play a key role in connecting with potential restaurant partners and driving business growth. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are confident communicators and eager to build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

● Engage with inbound leads from digital platforms such as social media, IndiaMART, and Justdial, and qualify them.

● Reach out to restaurant partners over the phone and present Dil Foods' value proposition.

● Onboard partners directly over the phone in applicable cases.

● Schedule and confirm appointments for the Business Development team across multiple cities.

● Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.

● Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure smooth partner onboarding.

● Provide feedback on lead quality and platform performance for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (final-year students may also apply).

● Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

● Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.

● Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
