Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented AEM Business Analyst to support its digital transformation initiatives. The role involves gathering and translating business requirements into Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation and optimization of AEM-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements related to AEM implementations.
• Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Translate business requirements into AEM-specific solutions including wireframes, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Configure AEM components, templates, workflows, and content structures based on business needs.
• Facilitate communication between business users, developers, and project managers.
• Define test scenarios, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Provide training and support to end-users during and after implementation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, user guides, and system specs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on exposure to AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms).
• Strong analytical skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• AEM Business Practitioner certification is a plus.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with Adobe Cloud services and integration with AEM.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
