  • Provide emergency medical services and perform rescue functions as needed.

Personnel management

  • Supervise, evaluate, and provide feedback on the performance of firefighters and other personnel.
  • Train and drill personnel in firefighting, medical care, and other relevant skills.
  • Develop and maintain work schedules for fire fighting personnel.
