UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to support all internal AI and SaaS product initiatives, designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.

What will you be doing day to day?

  • Translate user stories into wireframes, user flows, and highfidelity prototypes.
  • Own UX design across multiple AI and SaaS internal tools and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Maintain and evolve a unified design system for internal applications.
  • Ensure all designs follow accessibility standards (WCAG).

Your Experience:

  • 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong application-focused portfolio.
  • Experience designing enterprise or SaaS software endtoend.
  • Background in agile process and interacting with business stakeholders and product owners, and understanding user stories and epics.
  • Degree in interactive design, human factors, architecture, or related field (preferred).

Your Skills:

  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Ability to design for both web and mobile experiences.
  • Experience with analytics tools for UX optimization.
  • Knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility standards.
  • Interest or background in HRIS/HR Technology-based UX design
