Position: Freelance Business Development & Sales Executive

Location: Flexible (Work-from-anywhere with client visits as needed)

Engagement: Project-based

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate leads for MEPF design & build projects and AMC services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with builders, architects, consultants, facility managers, and corporate clients.
  • Pitch companys services, prepare proposals, and present solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely contract finalization.
  • Promote AMC services to existing and new clients for long-term revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with technical/project teams to ensure feasibility and accurate proposals.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to inform business strategy.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets with focus on profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on lead pipeline, client interactions, and sales performance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in BD/Sales within construction, MEPF, or related services.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of MEPF systems and maintenance services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as a freelancer.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales/business development experience.
