PG Manager

Location: Hardoi (Candidate must reside within 5 km radius)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (Married candidates preferred)

Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and dedicated PG Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Paying Guest accommodation in Hardoi. The ideal candidate should have an admin or hospitality background and be capable of handling tenants, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the property.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage daily PG operations efficiently.
• Handle tenant queries, complaints, and overall coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all rooms and common areas.
• Ensure proper security measures and discipline within the premises.
• Check-in/check-out of tenants and maintain proper records.
• Manage housekeeping staff and ensure timely work completion.
• Monitor utilities, supplies, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain proper documentation, registers, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-managed environment for all residents.
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, hospitality, or similar roles.
• Married candidate preferred.
• Must live within 5 km of the PG location in Hardoi.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Ability to handle tenants and maintain discipline.
• Basic knowledge of record keeping and admin work.
• Female candidates will be given preference.
