Job Description :

A site supervisor is overseeing daily construction site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications, and managing staff and subcontractors.

  1. Site Operations & Coordination

  2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers and subcontractors.

  3. Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks according to project priorities.
  4. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.

2. Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce occupational health and safety rules on-site at all times.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and regular site inspections.
  • Report accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly.

3. Quality Control

  • Monitor workmanship to ensure it meets company and industry quality standards.
  • Identify defects or non-compliance and take corrective actions.
  • Maintain documentation of inspections and quality checks.

4. Resource Management

  • Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and tools required for daily tasks.
  • Coordinate deliveries and manage inventory on-site.
  • Minimize wastage of materials and optimize resource usage.

5. Communication & Reporting

  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • Provide daily or weekly progress reports.
  • Communicate site issues and propose solutions promptly.

6. Documentation & Administration

  • Maintain attendance records of workers.
  • Ensure proper documentation of site activities, permits, and safety checklists.
  • Assist in preparing site progress reports and measurement sheets.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
