Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Yii/Symfony PHP Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP frameworks (Yii or Symfony), database management, and building scalable web applications. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality applications while ensuring performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Yii or Symfony frameworks.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient PHP code.
- Design and manage databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to deliver seamless solutions.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as required.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and follow best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
- Strong expertise in Yii Framework and/or Symfony Framework.
- Good knowledge of OOP concepts, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
- Strong experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and query optimization.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of security principles and performance optimization.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with Docker, Composer, PHPUnit, or CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is an added advantage.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹20, ₹40,141.89 per month
