Enactus Sri Venkateswara College (Enactus SVC) is a vibrant student-led community focused on addressing critical issues such as pollution, waste management, poverty, and lack of opportunities in New Delhi and surrounding areas. Over the past five years, Enactus SVC has initiated innovative projects to drive sustainable development and societal change. Among its key initiatives is Project Crimson, which promotes eco-friendly and affordable reusable sanitary napkins and raises awareness about sustainable menstruation, while empowering rural women through employment and financial independence.

Role Description

Enactus SVC is seeking a News Writer for an on-site, full-time role based in New Delhi. The News Writer will be responsible for creating well-researched, engaging content, including news articles, press releases, and other written materials aligned with the organization's mission and programs. This role involves collaborating with team members, conducting interviews, and maintaining accuracy and quality in all published content. The News Writer will play a key role in documenting Enactus SVC's initiatives and sharing stories that inspire action and awareness regarding social challenges and solutions.

  • Journalism and Writing expertise with a strong grasp of narrative storytelling
  • Excellent oral and written Communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field
