- Lead and manage a team of Infra and facilities associates and specialists.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance performance.
- Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the bank's physical infrastructure..
- Ensure the security, availability, and functionality of all infrastructure and systems.
- Coordinate infrastructure upgrades and expansions based on evolving business needs.
Facility Management:
- Supervise the upkeep of the bank's facilities, including office spaces, meeting rooms, and other locations.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met.
- Manage vendor relationships related to facility services (e.g., cleaning, catering, maintenance).
Administrative Services:
- Oversee general administrative functions, such as office supplies management, mail distribution, and document management.
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure operational flow.
- Manage office security, including access control systems and surveillance systems.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for the administration and infrastructure departments.
- Analyze resource allocation to ensure optimal usage of time, equipment, and funds.
- Provide regular reports to senior management regarding resource utilization and cost-efficiency.
Vendor Management:
- Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues as necessary to ensure service levels are met.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure that all administrative and infrastructure processes comply with relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
- Address any potential risks associated with infrastructure, facilities, or administrative procedures and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Project Management:
- Lead or assist in special projects such as office relocations, system upgrades, or new infrastructure deployments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within time and budget constraints.Role & responsibilities
