Role Overview:

We're looking for a
highly skilled and creative Freelance Video Editor
with exceptional storytelling ability and a mastery of fast editing workflows. The ideal candidate is proficient in creating
dynamic marketing videos, social media content, brand stories, reels, ads, and promotional visuals
using advanced techniques, seamless transitions, and AI-powered tools.

This role demands
technical finesse, creative flair, and exceptional attention to detail
— ensuring every video aligns with the brand voice and captivates the audience instantly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit raw footage into
    engaging, high-quality videos
    with perfect pacing, rhythm, and storytelling flow.
  • Implement
    script-based editing
    , maintaining alignment with voiceovers, dialogues, and music beats.
  • Add
    motion graphics, typography, intro/outro animations, transitions, and overlays
    that elevate the overall appeal.
  • Perform
    color correction, sound balancing, and background score synchronization
    .
  • Incorporate
    AI-assisted tools
    (e.g., Runway, Descript, Pika Labs, ElevenLabs, Topaz, etc.) to optimize workflow and accelerate output.
  • Use
    keyframing, masking, and dynamic transitions
    for fluid and professional motion effects.
  • Create
    YouTube intros, reels, shorts, product demos, and brand commercials
    as required.
  • Maintain
    brand consistency
    across all edited deliverables.
  • Deliver projects
    under tight timelines
    without compromising on quality.
  • Collaborate closely with creative leads, scriptwriters, and marketing teams for alignment.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Advanced proficiency in
    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
    .
  • Strong grasp of
    motion design, keyframing, masking, and typography animation
    .
  • Experience with
    AI-driven video editing tools and workflows
    .
  • Excellent sense of
    visual timing, sound sync, and storytelling structure
    .
  • Ability to
    interpret scripts
    and translate them into impactful visual narratives.
  • Skilled in
    creating smooth cuts, transitions, and cinematic effects
    .
  • Strong attention to detail, speed, and creative innovation.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
  • Experience in
    digital marketing or advertising
    video production.
  • Familiarity with
    YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn video formats
    .
  • Knowledge of
    AI voice syncing, generative video editing, and template automation
    is a plus.
  • Portfolio showcasing
