Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join InCred Financial Services at our Thane office. The role involves connecting with potential customers, pitching personal loan products, and driving successful sales conversions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pitch personal loan products to potential customers.
- Build strong customer rapport, explain product features, and answer queries effectively.
- Follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in CRM systems.
- Adhere to sales scripts while maintaining a personalized customer approach.
- Consistently achieve daily/weekly sales and call volume targets.
- Participate in sales and product training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of telesales or outbound sales experience, preferably in financial services.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of personal loan products is a plus.
