Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior  Project Manager with strong experience in data integration, cloud data platforms, and enterprise data projects to drive end-to-end delivery. The candidate will manage multiple client projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of data transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects in the areas of Data Integration, Data Quality, MDM, and Cloud Migrations.
  • Own the project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, monitoring, and closure.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, timely updates, and strong stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into project deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Drive governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and technical leads.
  • Participate in presales activities, including scoping, estimations, proposals, and RFPs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1017 years of experience in IT with at least 6+ years in project/program management.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale data projects (Cloud, MDM, Data Quality, Governance).
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management, client communication, and team leadership.
  • Experience in project financials, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.

Good to Have

  • Experience in Informatica IDMC/IICS (CDI, CAI, CDQ, MDM SaaS) and PC to IICS migration projects.
  • Experience in Snowflake, Databricks, or Big Data ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of Data Governance and CDGC.
  • Exposure to presales, proposal preparation, and solutioning.
  • Experience in conducting POCs and RFP responses.
