L- ead and inspire a high-performing engineering team delivering backend systems, APIs, databases, and LLM infrastructure.
D- efine and communicate the technical vision, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.

B- achelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
1- 0+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in engineering leadership roles.
P- roven success in delivering complex distributed systems at scale.
S- trong understanding of AI/ML and large language model (LLM) systems in real-world applications.
E- xperience leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
A- bility to balance deep technical problem-solving with strategic business priorities.
E- xcellent English communication skills and ability to lead in global, multicultural teams.
