Business Unit: VEVE Role:  Sr. Manager, Advertiser Sales / Associate Director Work Location: Bangalore is preferred, but open to candidates from Mumbai & Delhi/NCR
About Role:   We are looking for an experienced Ad Sales Candidate based out of South Region preferably. The primary responsibility of the candidate is to lead sales for VEVE advertising solutions across India along with managing a team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying sales leads, crafting marketing plans for them and ensure the campaign is delivered as per the goals. The main goal will be to identify new sales leads, grow business for new clients and deliver on sales revenue target. The candidate should display an expertise in digital marketing solutions. Experience & Understanding of the OEM mobile business along with knowledge of MMP (Marketing measurement platforms such as Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust) will be preferred. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of digital ad sales success, fierce work ethics, excellent communication skills (English is required) and understanding of digital media and advertising solutions.

Roles & Responsibility:
  • Driving advertising sales for VEVE mobile solutions for India. Delivery on sales revenue target would be primary objective.
  • Growing business with existing live advertisers & agencies by upselling & pitching new products
    Having good relationships with key stakeholders on direct clients and primary media buying agencies
  • Developing sales collaterals and business proposals and media plans.
  • Working closely with the client to understand requirements, providing constant feedback, and communicating these with the internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining client relations independently along with daily campaign monitoring and recommending improvements.
  • Pushing internal stakeholders in the company on new inventory, solutions, etc. to grow the business.
  • Work closely with various departments in the company (including account management, operations and publisher supply team) to ensure delivery of existing campaigns and identifying new inventories/solutions which would help grow the business.
  • Leading a team of 2 people across India to achieve revenue goals - help the team members to identify the sales leads, craft relevant marketing plans and strategies and ensure strong support in client communications and plan closures.

Required Skills:
  • 6-8 years relevant experience in the online advertising industry Existing relationships with decision-makers in the media buying space and a proven track record working with digital advertising networks, agencies, and brands.
  • Should have experience in leading & mentoring a team
  • Experience in app install, DSP and OEM business is an added advantage. Knowledge of different marketing measurement platforms such as Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust will be beneficial.
  • Driven, self-motivated, with an inclination towards learning and grasping new concepts.
  • Should be a great team player and motivator.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with sharp analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in usage of the entire MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) to create business models and deal simulations for Brands/Advertisers/Agencies.
  • Very strong English communication skills – written and spoken. This is a must, and there's zero tolerance for poor communication.
