1. Downloading the Input/Reference files from client server 2. Basic and effective Communication with the Clients 3. Moving the files from DU server to FT Server 4. Data Validation of the given client input (like Start Frame, End frame, Total frames, Format, File Resolution, Size) 5. To check for any black frames or missing/corrupt files and get back to the client to reupload the same 6. Folder structure creation (When new client/show/sequence/shot come in to production) 7. Move the input/reference materials to the appropriate path in the storage client/show/sequence/shot wise. 8. Sending client mails to the concerned production coordinators (client's mails like Input, Review, clarification etc. by removing client information like address, web address, phone no. etc.) 9. Key in the data to a local excel database and Bedrock to track the production information. 10. Transfer the Output data from storage to FT based on the upload confirmation email from QC/Production Co -ordinators. 11. Data Validation of the given output data (like Start Frame, End frame, Total frames, Format, File Resolution, Size) 12. To check for any black frames or missing/corrupt files and get back to the QC/Production Coordinators to reupload the same 13. To transfer the validated content from FT to DU server for upload purpose. 14. Upload the output data to client file server 15. After 100% completion of the upload, share the upload intimation email to the client. 16. After the upload, sending upload confirmation email to the production coordinators. 17. Update the information regarding uploaded content in local Excel and Bedrock along with version. 18. EOD sharing review pending mail to the client. 19. To update the local Excel and Bedrock on approved shot information based on the information received from client/line producers. 20. Apart from that transferring internal information's Like BID, ETA etc. mail from Production to concern Producers and Production head. 21. Additionally, to respond to client requests with appropriate response as per the demanding situation. 22. Whenever possible to upload simple scripts or any other files that is available in the storage as per the client requests when the production team is not available. 23. Archiving and restoring data to and from the backup system when needed – Could be added based on the personal skill set 24. Rendering of data  - Could be added in the future based on our operational requirements and the personal skill setRequirements 1. Diploma or any degree 2. Excellent Communication Skills 3. Basic Computer skills like browsing internet and basic troubleshooting knowledge 4. Knowledge in Word and Excel 5. Basic knowledge on Media related applications and files 6. Flexible to work in different shifts 7. Good problem solving, analytical skills.
