Role Summary

We're seeking a visionary
Data Scientist
to join our core team and help shape the next generation of enterprise automation. You'll work on real-world data challenges, design machine learning models, and collaborate across engineering and product teams to deploy intelligent systems that solve high-value business problems.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to build AI that matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover actionable insights
  • Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for automation and prediction
  • Build scalable data pipelines and feature engineering workflows
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate models into production systems
  • Conduct experiments, validate hypotheses, and optimize model performance
  • Stay current with advancements in data science, ML, and AI research
  • Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in building and deploying ML models
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools
  • Strong understanding of statistics, algorithms, and data structures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with time-series forecasting, NLP, or computer vision
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and CI/CD workflows
  • Knowledge of data privacy, model interpretability, and responsible AI
  • Contributions to open-source projects or published research
