Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Manager & Department Manager located in West Bengal, India. The role involves coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure efficient inventory and supply chain management, overseeing team workflows, and maintaining adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include analyzing logistics processes, managing inventory levels, implementing operational improvements, and ensuring optimal customer service experiences. Additionally, the role requires active communication with other departments to streamline operations and maintain alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate operational data to enhance logistics and departmental efficiency
  • Expertise in Operations Management and Inventory Management for maintaining smooth workflows and stock accuracy
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and addressing departmental needs
  • Customer Service experience to deliver and uphold high-quality client satisfaction
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in retail or fashion supply chain operations is a plus
