Responsibilities
- Coordinate with kitchen and store staff to determine needs and forecast inventory requirements.
- Source suppliers and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Negotiate with vendors for favorable terms and prepare and process purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and verify quality and quantity upon receipt.
- Maintain vendor records and track purchase invoices and delivery schedules.
- Assist with inventory management and conduct stock reconciliation.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain daily cash, sales, and expense records.
- Enter transactions into accounting software and perform bank and other financial reconciliations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
