About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join us as a core team member. This is
an equity-only role, ideal for someone looking to be part of a high-growth startup from the
ground up. You will play a crucial role in shaping the product architecture, driving technical
decisions, and building scalable solutions for real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead the design, development, and deployment of web application using , React,
Tailwind.
● Architect and maintain scalable backend systems & APIs with FastAPI.
● Design efficient and reliable data models with MondoDB/PostgreSQL.
● Take ownership of technical strategy, infrastructure, and scalability.
● Mentor junior developers and interns, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and architecture.
● Collaborate closely with the founding team to align technical execution with product vision.
● Ensure performance, security, and reliability across applications.
Requirements
● 3–6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
● Proven expertise in , React, FastAPI, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
● Solid experience in building and scaling backend systems for production use.
● Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps tools.
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
● Strong problem-solving ability and startup mindset (self-driven, ownership-focused).
Nice to Have
● Experience working in early-stage startups.
● Exposure to microservices and distributed systems.
● Contributions to open-source projects or developer communities.
