Responsibilities:

  • As our Social Media Manager, you'll be the voice of multiple brands across social platforms. You'll lead content planning, community engagement, performance tracking, and digital storytelling.
  • Your work will directly impact brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams for campaign planning and content calendars. Supervise content creation — captions, creatives, reels, stories, carousels.
  • Manage scheduling and timely posting across platforms.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions, and engage meaningfully with the audience.
  • Cultivate online communities and build relationships with influencers and collaborators.
  • Track KPIs and deliver monthly performance reports with insights and optimisation strategies.
  • Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes and trends.
  • Present campaign ideas, performance reports, and stay aligned with brand tone, guidelines, and objectives. Be proactive in offering fresh ideas and creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience managing multiple social media accounts (preferably at an agency).
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics, and listening tools.
  • Excellent Client Communication skills., ability to understand their requirements.
  • Ability to interpret metrics and draw actionable insights. Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense.
  • Course Branch - Preferably a Marketing Course.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹41,827.62 per month
