Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic SAP BASIS Senior Consultant to manage end-to-end SAP technical landscapes, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Fiori. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP installation, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting, along with hands-on experience in SAP HANA administration, security, and performance optimization. This role demands strong knowledge of various OS platforms and databases, as well as cloud and user experience technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation, configuration, upgrade, and migration of SAP systems including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, PI/PO, Solution Manager, and Fiori Front-End Server.
  • Perform SAP HANA administration, including backup/recovery, replication, tuning, and high availability configurations.
  • Administer and support SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) components and services including connectivity, destinations, and user provisioning.
  • Manage and maintain Fiori Launchpad, app deployment, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of front-end/UI issues.
  • Execute system monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning across SAP environments.
  • Manage and maintain databases including HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server for SAP workloads.
  • Ensure security and compliance by managing roles, authorizations, and user administration.
  • Provide support for multiple operating systems including Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
  • Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution and system improvements.
  • Support transport management, patching, OSS note application, and change management processes.
  • Document system architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in cloud strategy discussions and support SAP workloads on hyperscaler environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience as an SAP BASIS Consultant with end-to-end implementation and support experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP installation, upgrade, and system administration.
  • Strong expertise in SAP HANA database administration and SAP S/4HANA platform.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP (Neo & Cloud Foundry environments) and integration with on-premise systems.
  • Proficiency in Fiori architecture, app activation, and Launchpad configuration.
  • Strong background in SAP security and authorization concepts.
  • Proficient in managing Oracle, SQL Server, and HANA databases.
  • Comfortable working on Windows, Linux, and UNIX platforms.
  • Solid understanding of performance tuning, system sizing, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
