About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing cloud infrastructure, supporting development and operations teams, and driving automation and continuous integration across environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure solutions while promoting best practices in DevOps and ITIL processes.

You are a detail-oriented and adaptable professional with a strong foundation in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and infrastructure management. You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively across international teams. You possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.

What you will do

  • Independently manage cloud infrastructure and ensure effective monitoring and reporting.
  • Set up and maintain clusters using AWS EKS and Microsoft AKS, including networking, DNS, and security configurations.
  • Support development teams with scalability, security, and automation tasks.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD/CT pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Terraform.
  • Configure and maintain cloud environments using scripting languages such as Bash, Ruby, and Python.
  • Utilise monitoring and logging tools including Dynatrace, Instana, Grafana, Datadog, and Fluentd.
  • Drive software rollout across multiple environments and manage configuration processes.
  • Apply ITIL practices for incident resolution, change management, and problem management.
  • Manage software repositories (Git) with tagging, versioning, and branching strategies.
  • Collaborate with multi-location teams and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Work with Microsoft Azure OpenAI services, APIM, and GenAI-related services.
  • Configure APIs using the Apigee platform.

What skills you need

  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP.
  • Proficiency in container development and deployment (Kubernetes).
  • Experience with automated deployment tools: Kubernetes, CloudFormation, Terraform.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases: MongoDB, Cassandra, Cosmo DB.
  • Familiarity with build tools: Maven, Gradle, Jenkins.
  • Experience in configuration management and software rollout.
  • ITIL certification or proven experience in ITIL processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exposure to Agile (Scrum) and DevOps delivery models.
  • Understanding of Spring Boot and Java development.
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as Remedy and Jira.
