that combines empathy, design, and technology — and we're looking for a
high-agency UX / Product Designer
to lead our design vision from Bangalore.

As our
Lead UX / Product Designer
, you will:

  • Own and drive the
    end-to-end product design strategy
    for JobTwine's AI interview platform.
  • Translate complex AI-driven flows into
    intuitive, human-first experiences
    .
  • Build
    design systems, storytelling dashboards, and futuristic interfaces
    for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate directly with the
    Founder & Core Engineering Team
    to set the design DNA of the company.
  • Shape how the world experiences
    AI avatars interviewing humans
    — with empathy, clarity, and imagination.

This is not a "design screens" role — it's a
design leadership + storytelling role
where your work will define the face of JobTwine.

What You'll Do

  • Design Ownership
    : Define and evolve JobTwine's
    UX vision, design system, and product aesthetics
    .
  • End-to-End UX
    : Lead design across
    resume shortlisting flows, AI avatar interviews, AI Copilot, recruiter dashboards, candidate journeys
    , and
    CXO-level ROI analytics
    .
  • Creative Exploration
    : Experiment with
    motion design, conversational flows, avatar-driven UI, and futuristic metaphors
    in hiring.
  • User Research
    : Conduct deep research with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to design for impact.
  • Cross-functional Leadership
    : Work with engineering, product, and sales to ensure design translates into
    business outcomes
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 4-6+ years of
    UX/Product Design experience
    (ONLY B2B SaaS or AI-driven platforms preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    end-to-end ownership
    (not just execution) of
    B2B SaaS or complex product experiences
    .
  • Storytelling ability
    — can make a dashboard feel like a narrative, not a spreadsheet.
  • Proficiency in
    Figma, prototyping tools, design systems
    , and knowledge of front-end constraints.
  • High-agency mindset
    — self-starter, thrives in ambiguity, builds fast.
  • Experience designing for
    predominantly
    US markets
    is a huge plus.
