Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage infrastructure projects including railway, bridge, and road works. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project execution, site supervision, and quality control, ensuring timely completion and compliance with technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily site activities for rail, bridge, and road projects.
  • Ensure project execution as per approved design, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project progress.
  • Monitor work progress, material usage, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Maintain quality control and safety standards at the construction site.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and share with project head/management.
  • Handle site documentation, measurements, and billing-related activities.
  • Liaise with government departments and consultants as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in Railway / Bridge / Road / Infrastructure Projects.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate within Bihar / UP project sites.
