Job description:

Hiring For Domestic Banking Voice Process- Chennai, Ambattur

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking queries.

Interested to work in banking sales.

Up-selling/ Cross-selling.

Assist customer with account details, transactions, and card-related issues.

Maintain professional communication throughout the call.

Ensure compliance with banking policies and security guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Immediate joiner preferred.

Fresher/ Experienced candidates are eligible.

Graduation is NOT MANDATORY.

Workdays: 6 days a week.

Week off: 1 rotational week off.

Shift: Day rotational shifts.

Language Required & Salary Breakup:

ENGLISH + TELUGU: CTC-19,000 & Take Home-15,500.

ENGLISH + HINDI: CTC-19,000 & Take Home-15,500.

ENGLISH + MALAYALAM: CTC-21,000 & Take Home-17,500.
