The Impact You'll Drive

  • Build and manage end-to-end paid media strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead media planning conversations with internal teams and clients, translating briefs into performance-driven plans.
  • Drive media budget allocations, pacing, and optimization – managing spends upwards of INR 20 Cr across accounts.
  • Analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights, and drive continuous performance improvements.
  • Coach and guide junior media executives while collaborating closely with creative, data, and account teams.
  • Test new formats, platforms, and tools to unlock untapped performance opportunities.

The Skills That Seal the Deal

  • 4–5 years of experience in paid media, with proven expertise in campaign planning and performance marketing.
  • Deep platform knowledge: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, DV360, etc.
  • Experience with GenAI tools to automate reporting, generate ad variants, or boost planning efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with attribution models, pixel tracking, analytics dashboards, and performance tools.
  • Strong presentation and client communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset, curiosity for experimentation, and the ability to pivot quickly when needed.
