About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Animator to join our creative team in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our brand and delivering compelling content that resonates with our audience. You will lead the design and animation efforts for various projects, contributing to impactful marketing campaigns and enhancing user engagement through cutting-edge visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Design & Branding: Conceptualize and produce visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Design high-quality materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional assets.
  • Video Editing & Animation: Edit and produce engaging video content for promotional campaigns, incorporating motion graphics and animation techniques to enhance storytelling.
  • Project Ownership: Manage design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to align visual outputs with strategic objectives.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating innovative techniques into design work.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain graphic and video assets for streamlined access and version control.
  • Quality Control: Review drafts, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high standards of design across all deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation, color theory, typography, and layout design.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and emerging trends in digital marketing.
  • Experience in social media content creation, campaign ideation, and visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Graphic Design and Animation best practices.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and handling client presentations.
  • A passion for staying ahead of design trends and continuously improving creative processes.
