The role combines AI/ML model development, AI agent design, and integration of automation flows into production applications.You will work on recommendation systems, chatbots, semantic search, predictive analytics, personalization, demand forecasting, and workflow automation, while ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Solution DesignWork with product & engineering teams to design AI flows and agents across CRM, partner app, staff app, and consumer app.Identify areas where AI can optimize workflows (booking, scheduling, retention, support, analytics).Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.AI/ML Development & IntegrationBuild and deploy AI models for personalization, chatbots, semantic search, predictive analytics, fraud detection, and marketing automation.Integrate third-party AI APIs & agent frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Rasa, n8n, MindStudio, etc.).Implement AI-driven automation pipelines for recurring business processes.Model Training, Deployment & MonitoringTrain and fine-tune ML models (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face).Deploy models via Flask/FastAPI, AWS SageMaker, or serverless APIs for low-latency use (
