Business Analyst

- Requires strong business analysis skills, a passion for technology, and a structured approach to delivery in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives, including process analysis, solution design, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and execution oversight.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize business processes for automation through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Prepare detailed documentation including process maps (using tools like Visio), BRDs, FRDs, test cases, and UAT reports.
- Responsible for solutioning and sales support - response to RFXs, creation of collaterals and digital commercials Work with stakeholders across units to conceptualize, design, evangelize, and operationalize solutions in emerging spaces.
Must have skill set
- Proven experience in business analysis and documentation.
- Financial Service expertise in areas of Retail and Commercial banking (Mortgage, Lending, Cards, Fraud, Payments, Capital markets, Wealth).
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, BPM tools) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Agile Delivery (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated experience in managing teams across functions and geographies.
- Experience in Digital Transformation Capacity.
