We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and goal-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our loan, financial, or related products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal loans, credit cards, insurance, or other financial products.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products or solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer and sales records in the CRM system.
  • Explain product details clearly, professionally, and persuasively.
  • Follow up with interested leads to ensure timely conversions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
  • Collaborate with the team to contribute to overall sales performance.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of a regional language (Gujarati, Kannada, Bengali, or Telugu) is an added advantage.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Experience in outbound sales, telesales, or customer support in Banking, Finance, Insurance, or related sectors is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Language Requirements:Candidates must have proficiency in Hindi English, and at least one regional language is preferred.

Preferred combinations:

  • Central/North India: Hindi Gujarati/Bengali English (average proficiency)
  • South India: Kannada English Hindi (average proficiency)
  • Education & Experience:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers may apply).
