Compensation Structure

  • Probation (First 2 Months):
    Purely commission-based
  • Commission:
    10%
    direct from sales revenue

    3 hospitals
    during probation
  • Average Ticket Size:
    ₹ 1 – 2 Lakh per hospital
  • Post-Probation (On Confirmation):
  • Fixed Pay:
    ₹ 20,000 – 40,000 per month
  • Variable Pay:
    ₹ 10,000 – 20,000 per month (performance-based)
  • Sales Target:
    Close
    20 hospitals in 6 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert hospitals (private, multi-specialty, or nursing homes) to onboard NPPD CARE's healthcare solutions.
  • Conduct meetings with hospital owners, administrators, and key stakeholders to understand needs and propose solutions.
  • Present, negotiate, and close deals with an average value of ₹ 1–2 Lakh.
  • Build a strong hospital network and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Maintain structured CRM data: pipeline, follow-ups, closures, and payments.
  • Provide regular market intelligence on competitors, client needs, and pricing trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for client onboarding and after-sales coordination.
  • Deliver monthly closure milestones aligned with six-month target achievement.

Candidate Profile

  • Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in
    Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
    , preferably in
    Healthcare, SaaS, or B2B Solutions
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to handle independent client acquisition.
  • Comfortable with on-field meetings, travel across Mumbai, and flexible work hours.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Management
    preferred.
  • Must possess a
    performance-first mindset
    and
    strong closing ability
    .
