Job Description: Full Stack Developer (Golang, MongoDB, Svelte)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Golang for backend development, MongoDB for database management, and Svelte for building modern, high-performance frontend applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.

· Build and integrate responsive front-end interfaces using Svelte.

· Develop and manage databases using MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.

· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.

· Implement APIs and ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend components.

· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 4 to 12 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.

· Strong proficiency in Golang for backend development.

· Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.

· Proficiency in Svelte or other modern frontend frameworks.

· Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and microservice architecture.

· Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).

· Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

· Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSockets.

· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

· Understanding of DevOps tools and automation practices.
