Role Overview
We are seeking a B2B Technical Sales Engineer/Market Developer
to support business growth by engaging automotive customers, understanding technical requirements, and positioning Autobitnex's embedded engineering and validation capabilities.
This role is ideal for
fresh graduates
or professionals with
up to 2-3 years of experience
in
B2B technical sales, pre-sales, or business development
, particularly within automotive, electronics, EV, or embedded systems domains.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Client Engagement
- Identify, qualify, and engage
OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, EV companies, and automotive startups - Connect with engineering heads, program managers, sourcing, and R&D teams
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand technical challenges, project scope, and timelines
- Present Autobitnex's capabilities in embedded hardware, software, ECU development, validation, and testing
Market Research & Strategic Inputs
- Conduct market and competitor research in
automotive electronics, ECUs, EV systems, and embedded technologies - Track industry trends, including ECU consolidation, EV modules, communication protocols, and validation tools
- Gather customer feedback to support service and product roadmap alignment
Sales & Marketing Enablement
- Support development of
sales decks, brochures, case studies, and technical marketing collateral - Assist in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and CRM management
- Represent Autobitnex at industry events, expos, customer meetings, and vendor interactions
- Support promotion of HIL Testing and Validation Services

Education & Qualifications
- Undergraduate (UG):
- B.Sc in any specialization
- B.Com in any specialization
- B.B.A / B.M.S in Management
- B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization
- Postgraduate (PG):
- MBA / PGDM in International Business, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development
(preferred but not mandatory)
Note:
Candidates with
B2B sales exposure, automotive domain familiarity, or technical aptitude
will be given preference regardless of academic background.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic to strong understanding of
automotive electronics and embedded systems - Familiarity with ECUs, embedded software, CAN/LIN/Ethernet, EV systems
(preferred) - Interest or experience in
B2B technical sales, pre-sales, or business development - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Consultative mindset with problem-solving orientation
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Work Mode & Location
- Hybrid role-
based in
Manesar, Haryana - Combination of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility
- Occasional travel to customer locations, industry events, and meetings
