Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Specialist located in Aluva. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, maintaining accurate accounting records, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. The role requires ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in financial analysis
• Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
