We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our International BPO Voice Process team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to international clients and providing solutions to their inquiries through voice-based communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate product/service information, assisting with customer queries, complaints, and technical issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring effective issue resolution.
- Escalate issues that require further action or escalation to senior management.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and other KPIs.
- Document all customer interactions in the system.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices for customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Graduate/Undergraduate fresher with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in an international BPO/Voice process environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate/Undergraduate candidates is a plus.
Additional Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in an international BPO environment.
- Knowledge of any additional language is a plus.
