Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Tester to join our development team and support modernization of reporting capabilities on cloud platforms. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery across Azure-based environments, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end software testing across functional, integration, and performance aspects.
  • Perform performance testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure software meets performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify and resolve defects throughout the Agile SDLC.
  • Utilize defect-tracking systems to log, monitor, and track issues to resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and best practices.
  • Analyze issues, perform root-cause analysis, and propose effective solutions.
  • Prepare test documentation including test cases, results, and reports.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in software quality assurance and testing, preferably in enterprise/cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
  • Proficiency with defect-tracking systems and QA tools.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, preferably Azure (Azure SQL, AKS, ACR, APIM, Key Vault, Storage Account).
  • Familiarity with BI/reporting platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,400,000.00 per year
