Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Data Engineering Lead, located in Indore. The Senior Data Engineering Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced data models, developing scalable data pipelines, ensuring efficient ETL/ELT processes, and overseeing data integration tasks. The role also involves monitoring system performance, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and driving the technical strategy for data management and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Analytics, Data Analysis, and Analytical Skills.
  • Experience in Data Management and Data Modeling.
  • Strong background in designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines with scalability in mind.
  • Expertise in data-related cloud technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration abilities.
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a data engineering leadership role is a plus.
