We are now seeking a talented Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to work on 3D designs for mechanical parts, sheet metal components, and related assemblies. Candidates from the furniture design industry with strong 3D design skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop 3D mechanical designs for control panel enclosures, sheet metal parts, and other mechanical components.
  • Prepare detailed fabrication and assembly drawings.
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
  • Modify and improve existing designs for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure design deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in 3D mechanical design.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar 3D design software.
  • Experience in sheet metal design preferred; furniture design 3D experience will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and tolerances.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes for sheet metal & fabrication.
  • Exposure to product development from concept to production.
  • Problem-solving and innovative thinking.
