We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM consultant with expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, quality management, and execution within a pharma manufacturing environment, as well as experience with SAP PP and QM modules.

• Should have worked in all the main processes of SAP PP like Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock Discrete, SFC, Planning strategies, MRP, SOP, Order creation, scheduling, release, confirmations, Serial number management, Equipment creation and Status management repetitive manufacturing, and Master data etc Should have experience in SAP PP and QM modules on both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
• The candidate should have good skills in configuring production planning and quality management master data, sales and operation planning, distributed resource planning material requirement planning, Shop floor execution including both production order and process order, capacity planning, planning strategies, repetitive manufacturing, KANBAN.
• The candidate should have knowledge of quality management planning, QM in procurement, QM in sales, Inspection lot processing, result recording, quality certificate, defect management, sample management quality notification.
• The candidate should have 2-3 full life cycle implementation experience.
• The candidate should have the experience of supporting big SAP implementations.
• Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
• Should have good knowledge of interfaces, integration with other modules etc
• Material Requirement Planning - Configuration and Integration with, Procurement, Sales and Distribution, New strategy definition
• Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing
• Quality Management - Quality in Procurement, Quality in Production, In process inspection, Calibration and Quality in Sales
• Should have experience in writing Functional Specification, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionalities. Must have experience in SAP PP-QM integration with third party tool
• Good presentation and communication skills are desirable.
• Closely work with the business to prepare the data for pilot and full implementations.
• Facilitate the mock and final cutovers for manufacturing stream.
• Leadership communication about the progress, risk and help needed.
• Knowledge in PM is Plus.
