Role & responsibilities

1.Security Management

Develop and implement security policies across all sites in the region.

Ensure compliance with company and legal security standards.

Oversee physical security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control).

  1. Loss Prevention

Analyze inventory shrinkage reports and investigate causes.

Identify high-risk areas and implement strategies to reduce theft, fraud, and operational loss.

Work closely with operations teams to improve internal controls.

  1. Risk Assessment

Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits at all locations.

Recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Prepare for emergencies (fire, natural disaster, threats) and ensure all sites are trained.

  1. Incident Management

Lead investigations into theft, fraud, and security breaches.

Coordinate with law enforcement and internal stakeholders when necessary.

Ensure accurate and timely incident reporting.

  1. Team Leadership

Manage and train local security/loss prevention teams or site managers.

Set KPIs (key performance indicators) for security and loss prevention staff.

Build a strong culture of safety and vigilance across the region.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Security Management, Logistics, or related field (certifications in CPP, CFE, or similar are a plus).
  • 610 years of experience in loss prevention or security management, preferably in warehousing, retail, or logistics sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control systems.
  • Experience in incident investigation, reporting, and liaising with law enforcement agencies.
  • Proficient in Excel, MIS reporting, and security monitoring tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
