Overview: The Python Developer plays a crucial role in our organization, contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable Python-based applications.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to create responsive and visually appealing web applications.
  • Design and implement efficient and reusable backend systems that drive complex web applications.
  • Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
  • Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Manage and maintain the integration of data storage solutions.
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in a collaborative team environment.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to our operations and activities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and ceremonies.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development process.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a strong portfolio of Python-based projects.
  • Proficiency in Django, Flask, or other Python frameworks.
  • Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
  • Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
  • Proficiency in version control tools such as Git.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated testing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Passion for technology and a proactive mindset in staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
