About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Junior Technical Project Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will handle client communication, project documentation, and coordination while assisting the CEO in technical and marketing-related tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in software development and digital marketing who wants to grow into a senior management role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between clients, development teams, and management, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
  • Participate in client meetings, requirement gathering, and prepare detailed documentation (BRDs, SOWs, proposals, reports).
  • Assist the CEO with technical research, project planning, and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with development and marketing teams to track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain project trackers, schedules, and status reports.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, demos, and marketing materials as needed.
  • Identify risks, suggest improvements, and contribute to process optimization.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination, business analysis, or technical support role (experience in IT/Software Development preferred).
  • Basic understanding of software development processes, web/app technologies, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Strong skills in documentation (BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, proposals, reports).
  • Excellent client communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace for reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
