Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 5 to7 years hands on experience in .NET Core, SQL Server, React JS, and deployment/DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, writing clean, efficient code, fixing complex bugs, and ensuring the performance and reliability of our products, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, and ensuring the delivery of high quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core Web API, React JS, Angular versions and T-SQL. Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement modern, responsive front end designs.

2. Bug Fixing: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth application performance.

3. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

4. Database Management: Develop and optimize complex T-SQL stored procedures to support efficient data processing.

5. Technical Problem-Solving: Analyse and solve technical challenges related to application performance and functionality.

6. Agile Development: Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

7. DevOps Contribution: Support CI/CD pipelines for seamless development and deployment processes.

8. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for code, systems, and development processes.

Required Skills:

1. 5 to7 years of professional software development experience.

2. 5+ years of hands-on coding experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, React JS, and T-SQL.

3. Strong proficiency in React JS (with hooks, state management, etc.)

4. Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.

5. Strong understanding and practical experience with software design patterns and architectural principles.

6. Advanced knowledge of SQL Server (queries, performance tuning, indexing, stored procedures).

7. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities to handle complex technical issues.

8. Proficient in version control systems like Git/Devops.

9. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.

10. Experience with MicroServices Architecture is a plus.

11. Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban

Education Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, AWS Certified Developer, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.

Soft Skill:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
