We are seeking an experienced AI Architect/ Lead to drive the strategy, design, and implementation of AI/ML solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in artificial intelligence with leadership skills to guide a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts. This role requires a balance of hands-on development, solution architecture, and stakeholder management to ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

  • 7 + years of professional experience in AI/ML
  • Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, or C++)
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools
  • Proven track record of delivering AI solutions at scale
  • Should have architected Agentic AI systems, with Observability, Validation.
  • Should be hands on and be able to architect platforms, and able to review implementation at code level.
  • Experience with generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
  • Knowledge of ethical AI, responsible AI practices, and data privacy regulations.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
