About the Role:

As a Repair and maintenance manager, the person will be responsible for the

maintenance of various equipment including Cost Saving, TPM Activities project installation, equipment installation, electrical, electronic equipment Maintenace, just shopfloor maintenance. Prefer a person who have worked on equipment like heat exchanger shop, fin presses, vertical expander.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage Day-to day maintenance operations for factory, covering electrical & mechanical equipment.
  • Overall responsible for new projects, equipment installations etc.
  • This role supervises execution of engineering operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, and progress of work orders. Diagnoses problems and maintains production equipment, identifies time lost due to malfunctions and provides recommendations for improvement.
Role Purpose:
  • Cordinate with production & other department to align maintenance activities within operational goals.
  • Monitor & control maintenance budget, reducing costs through effective resource management and vendor negotiations.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, make adjustments, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure functional reliability
  • Research time lost due to equipment malfunctions and provide recommendations for improvement regarding procedures, systems, equipment, and / or technology.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
  • Requires specialized knowledge of technical or operational practice
  • BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial) with 10-15 years of experience in maintenance department.
